Policies

RETURN / EXCHANGES / REFUND/ CANCELLATION MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
a. ONLINE PURCHASES
Orders cannot be cancelled after being made. A transaction REFUND FEE charged to us by Shopify will be assumed by the customer in case such refund is requested. Refund requests must be made within 24h after placing an order.

Ofter an order is placed we cannot alter or add onto the order.

We want you to love your Bio Jewels and be 100% satisfied with your purchase. 
If for any reason you might want to return your product please follow the steps:

Before returning any products please contact our customer service department at: customer_service@simplynaturebiogoods.com

In the email briefly let us know the reason for the return (this will help us serve you better in the future), and we will guide you thru the return process.
|
We will gladly offer MONEY BACK for items returned within the following conditions:
|
All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. You will be given a return, exchange, or refund number #.
|
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
|
We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
|
Please include all tags in your return.
|
Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout (you may use the invoice sent with the item for this purpose).
|
You must mail/return the product back to our headquarters (customer will assume the cost of shipping back the item).Your item must arrive back to us within 7 business days from the day you received your order, we recommend you select a traceable shipping method. This policy begins once delivery is confirmed by USPS (or mail carrier selected).
|
Please allow 7 business days for our customer service department to process your return after the item arrives back to us. Once the product is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
|
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. Online refunds, credits or rejections are notified to the customer via email to the email used at checkout.
|
If you are approved, then a refund or store credit will automatically be applied to your customer account or credit card within 7 days whichever you choose. Refund processing has a small Fee which is charged to us by Shopify and this fee will be deducted from the total refund.
|
WE WILL NOT HONORED MONEY BACK RETURNS IF ALL OF THESE CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET.

We will offer ONLINE STORE CREDIT if the item is returned after the 7th business day and before/on the 14th business day from the date of delivery. The item must also meet all the return/exchange policies and must be revised by our Customer Service department.

IMPORTANT NOTES

NO money back returns or online credit if item is not return to us within 14 business days. NO EXCEPTIONS.

In order to receive online credit, the customer may need to create an member account with us.
|
Discounted items sales are final. No refunds granted for these items, only store credit if applicable.

If you are returning back an item you should consider using a traceable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item back and we will not be responsible for any items lost while attempting a return.
|
Any damaged/defective product must be received by us before any refund,credits or product re-shipment.
|
For approved exchanges,re-shipping costs will be covered by us.
|
Exchanges due to a customer misplacement or order will be charged additional re-shipping cost.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

Simply Nature Bio Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double check all the information you input for shipping purposes.
|
All merchandise is carefully inspected before shipping.
We cannot take fault on damaged items after they are worn (Please look at our WARRANTY).
|
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package if there are any manufacture defects or an item is broken.
|
b. IN-STORE PURCHASES (For Brick and Mortar Locations)

We do not follow each store's policies. We have our own policies explained here:

We will gladly give you a REFUND if the item is returned within (3) days after purchase. Item must be in original packaging, and in perfect condition. Proof of purchase required.

EXCHANGES can be done within a period of (14) fourteen days after purchase. Item must be in original packaging and in perfect condition. Proof of purchase required.
|
ALL conditions must be met in order to get a REFUND or EXCHANGE.
No exceptions.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP 
Subscriptions: 
By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, a prepaid 3 (three), 6 (six) months or Annual Subscription, you are acknowledging that your Subscription has an initial and automatically renewing payment and you accept responsibility for all automatically renewing charges before a cancellation. Your Subscription will automatically renew every month or 3 (three) or 6 (six) or 12 (twelve) months, depending on the subscription you purchased by. You may cancel your  Subscription after 3 (three) months by logging into your account or by emailing us at customer_service@simplynaturebiogoods.com. 
Gift Subscriptions: 
Gift Subscription are not to going to be automatically renewed. A Gift Subscription can not be cancelled. 
No Returns: 
We don´t accept returns . If you have any concerns about your Collectible Jewelry  that you have received, please email us at customer_service@simplynaturebiogoods.com and we will work with you to address your concerns.
 Cancellation
You can cancel your recurring subscription after 3 (three) months. Just  email us at customer_service@simplynaturebiogoods.com or at the customer portal.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
All international orders are subject to ALL RETURN/EXCHANGES POLICIES
|
Money back returns ONLY if item is back to us within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
Online Credit ONLY if the item is returned after 30 days and before 45 days of confirmed delivery.
|
NO money back or credit if attempted return exceeds the 45 day period.
|
If your package is held at the post office more than likely extra custom fees are due.
These fees vary from country to country, and the customer is 100% responsible for these charges. We can not assume you local Customs or Control agencies extra fees.
|
You would need to cover the fees in order to retrieve the package. If the package is sent back to us we will notify you to reattempt delivery. At that time we cannot cancel nor credit the order, as it would’ve fell well outside the allowable days.
|
We as merchants are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.
